Bjössi Klütsch was born and raised in a musical family in Bamberg, Germany. His musical journey started in his early childhood on violin, which he played throughout his time at a music-based high school. Being influenced by rock and jazz in his early teens he switched his principal instrument to guitar. After receiving a scholarship from Berklee College of Music in Boston he continued to study there (Tim Miller, Jon Finn, Mark White, Tomo Fujita, Bruce Bartlett etc.), graduating 2005 as a dual major guitar performance and contemporary writing & production. Bjössi moved to Berlin soon after Berklee and started teaching guitar and ensembles in several music schools and at the Universität der Künste (UdK). Various performances and recordings with Beyond Turbines, Roberto Badoglio, Steve Hunt, Virgil Donati, David “Fingers” Haynes, Marko Djordjevic, Chris Genteman Group, etc.
