Alexandre de Orio holds a bachelor degree in Music (guitar). He has three postgraduate degrees: Language and Music Structuring, Higher Education, and Guitar. He is currently the Music Director of School of Rock GRU and professor at the Rock Post Graduation at FASM (College). Alexandre has taught courses at the Yamaha Music School in Brazil.

Alexandre de Orio is the author of the book “Brazilian Rhythms for Metal Guitar” and creator of the educational board game “The String Game”. In 2019 he was invited to play with the Symphony Orchestra de SP (OSESP) at the world premiere of the contemporary play “Ó”. He is a member of Kroma Guitar Quartet, with whom he has 2 released albums. He is a member of Gypsy Jazz Duo with Marcus Almeida and currently plays with big names in the rock music scene: Sérgio Britto (Titãs), Digão (Raimundos), and Egypcio (ex-Tihuana). He was a member of the band Claustrofobia for 19 years, with whom he released 6 albums and 1 DVD
