Graciela Chin A Loi, a Stockholm native of Surinamese descent, inherited her passion for music from her father, Don Pancho Chin A Loi, a prominent figure in Scandinavian Cuban salsa and Caribbean music. She honed her skills at Stockholm’s leading music institutions, including RML and Betel music school, after attending a music high school. Graciela’s versatility extends to composing, teaching vocals, and collaborating with renowned artists. Notably, she has written Kpop hits and headlined jazz venues in Sweden, alongside collaborations with jazz musicians in both Sweden and the United States.

Graciela’s dedication to her craft has been recognized through grants from organizations like the Swedish Arts Grants Committee and STIM. Currently signed with Ropeadope Records, she continues to push creative boundaries while embracing the ethos that “If you take care of your music, it will take care of you.
